In therapy, we'll begin by exploring your past to better understand your present patterns. I'll help you build awareness and insight into what drives your behaviors, and together, we will assess what is working and what isn't. Based on your needs, we'll establish therapy goals and work to enhance your quality of life by addressing symptoms that hinder your ability to function optimally and reach your full potential.
Parent Coaching
I provide coaching to parents seeking support in navigating their adolescent or adult child’s substance use and/or mental health challenges. Coaching sessions are structured, typically short-term, and skills-based. Parents often benefit from building skills in improving communication, holding boundaries, and developing self-trust so they can step into their parental role with greater clarity, confidence, and steadiness. My approach is rooted in the belief that while we can’t control someone else’s choices, we can influence them—and with the right tools, use that influence to encourage healthier, more constructive behaviors.
Groups
Groups offer a supportive space to build skills around a shared experience. My groups are educational, interactive, and focused on providing practical tools and strategies that you can apply in real life. Being with others who understand what you’re going through can be deeply healing—there’s something powerful about not having to explain yourself or carry it alone. I lead groups for those supporting a loved one struggling with a substance use challenge, with a focus on strengthening connection, fostering emotional safety, and building self-regulation skills, drawing from both years of specialized training and lived experience.
