MY EXPERIENCE

I’m a licensed therapist, Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor, and coach.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and older adults, facing various mental health challenges. I’ve provided care to clients both one-on-one and in groups in schools, Wraparound programs, residential facilities, partial hospitalization/day treatment (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment programs.

As a lifelong learner, I’m deeply committed to my professional growth and development. In addition to holding certifications in several evidenced based approaches, I’ve received training in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which I integrate into my clinical work with clients.

My therapeutic approach is informed by both my personal life experiences as well as my professional training.

Doing this work is both my honor and a privilege. I look forward to connecting with you.

    - Testimonial from group participant

  • "We're amazed by Jaynee's abilities to take our descriptions of what is happening with our family and guide us toward healthy approaches with super helpful suggestions for ways to de-escalate, and strengthen healthy boundaries. She brings in-depth knowledge and a broad range of experience. Having worked with many therapists over the years, she truly was much quicker at understanding a complex situation than other therapists, and we were so fortunate that she made time to help us."
